Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with your booking you agree to the following terms and conditions:

# Bookings are only deemed confirmed once a 25% deposit has been received.

# The ‘All you can eat’ Pizza buffet is limited to a maximum of 3 hours of service, should you require additional time please let us know.

# The ‘All you can eat’ Pizza buffet is limited to the number of guests you have paid for; we pride ourselves that we have yet to run out of pizza when the correct number of guests have been booked for. We will bring enough pizzas to feed more than 1 full pizza per person. So, rest assured even the hungriest of crowds will be full by the time we leave.

# Serving staff are not provided as part of a standard booking, Food will be prepared by our chefs and placed on a table for your guests to enjoy, should the service area be further than 20 meters or up/downstairs we highly recommend adding service staff to your booking to avoid and delays in food being served.

# Deposits are nonrefundable, at our discretion we will work with you to change the date of your event provided suitable notice is given.

# Confirmed menu choices and numbers must be made at least 7 days prior to the event at which time full payment is due. (if numbers increase last minute please inform us, as on occasion we may be able to accommodate this request)

# No refunds are available if a booking is cancelled with in 72 hours of the event.

# In the event of special dietary requirement requests we will always do our best to accommodate, however no guarantees can be made that cross contamination has not occurred due to the nature of the product.

# The health and safety of our staff is important to us; we reserve the right to refuse service and leave an event early if your guests are abusive or rude to our staff or during extreme weather and situations that makes it unsuitable for us prepare your food in a safe manner.
